Order
It is not possible to add items to an existing order. But we can combine orders for delivery if you wish. Just contact our customer service and we will do our utmost to combine your orders together.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and your account will be debited. In the rare instance that the product you ordered is not on stock we will contact you and transfer your money back within a few working days.
When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a track and trace code, making it possible to trace your order. Please note that sometimes track and trace emails can be mistaken for spam by email clients. Should you not receive a track and trace notification please contact us.
If you live within the EU, everything is included in the final price. To shipments outside Europe an extra import VAT, and possibly other small custom fees will be added. The rate will depend on the specific policy of the country. Please note that Norway, The United Kingdom and Switzerland are not a part of the EU. Royal RepubliQ has no influence on customs duties and the final payment of any charges is the responsibility of the customer.
Normally, bags will be back in stock within a short period of time. With shoes it is different, as most styles are made for a specific season; thus, when sold out they may not be produced again. If a product is not available in our online store, it might be available at one of our retailers, contact us and we will let you know.
We have our own Boutique in Amsterdam located at Overtoom 150. For other cities and countries please send an inquiry to our support team. Provided with your location and the sort of products you are looking for, they will be able to direct you to the store closest to you.
Payment
Royal RepubliQ uses Shopify Payments, an international PCI compliant payment gateway to process all transactions. All payment information is encrypted and processed in a secure environment.
Delivery
All orders are shipped from our own Fulfillment warehouse close to Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We offer several shipping options depending on destination country. Our preferred partners are UPS for international, and GLS for shipments with in Europe.
Tax Free Shopping
Yes order above 150 Euro's for Non EU countries are eligible fro a tax refund.
We ship our products
outside the EU through our partner Onlinetaxfree.com. The shipment will be
delivered to your door by UPS. Because Onlinetaxfree.com handles the export,
you are eligible for a VAT Refund upon receiving your package! For non-EU
countries, the shipping costs vary by country and will be shown in the
checkout.
In the checkout,
select 'Onlinetaxfree.com | UPS' as the preferred shipping option. After you
have completed your order, you will be able to enter your bank account number
and SWIFT number of the account in which you prefer to receive the refund. This
page also shows the refund amount you will receive. After the return period has
expired, Onlinetaxfree.com will transfer this amount to the bank account you
provided. Onlinetaxfree.com may contact you via email if a problem arises with
the information you've provided, so please keep an eye on your (spam) inbox for

Please note that when ordering from outside the European Union, any customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
You can return any Royal RepubliQ product to us within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your items are in their original condition, unworn with all labels and in their original packaging.
Returns
We are sorry that your item is damaged / incorrect and for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our customer service team directly and we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.
To register your return, we offer you several options to return your parcel to us through our return portal here
Please be aware that returns are not free. In case of multiple orders to be returned, or returns from outside of the European Union, please contactsupport@royalrepubliq.com.
Once our warehouse receives your return, it will be processed promptly and you can expect a notification regarding the refund within 1 to 2 working days after receival.
If the return is shipped without a trackingnumber, Royal RepubliQ cannot be held liable for missing items. In case of a return label created via our return portal, the package is automatically traceable by our Support department.

Exchange
Currently, it's not possible to exchange an item. We recommend that you place a new order for the desired item and return the original order promptly.
